My Approach
My approach to helping my clients is through the lens of healing those who have experienced trauma. Each of us has had our own traumas throughout our lives. Some much worse than others, but it’s still very important to heal even minor traumas which will lead a healthy life. I offer warmth and compassion along with helping my clients meet their goals.

I have been helping people my entire life. I am the person that people always turn to for help. It comes very natural to me to help others. Throughout my life of owning many businesses, helping abused children, and doing therapy with survivors of domestic violence, I feel ready to help you too.
